I have never encountered a more talented songwriter than Karla. First saw her open up for Harry Chapin in 1978 or 79 and was stunned not just by how beautiful she was but by how easily her heart flowed out through her music. Her songs are sometimes dark but never without hope. Strong melodies and easy to understand lyrics. Her music has weaved its way through my whole life and continues to do so. TRUST ME ON THIS ONE!
